BOREWELLS

Clean drinking water has been an essential need in the state for poor people. Women and children often struggle to fetch water while walking to distant places for use. Every summer, water is an invaluable need for which they form a queue for hours to get water. Squabbles are usual at places like water. The provision of borewells is to ensure access to clean water. It is to give freedom to women and children from gathering water at distances away from their locations. It reduces the dangers of sickness due to water-borne diseases. And it gives them time to work and grow without stress due to a lack of water.

Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them." John 7:37-38 NIV
