WE SERVE LEADERS

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Jesus said the "leader" is "as the one who serves" Luke 22:24-27

Jesus took the form of a sacrificial servant to save and we are called to exhibit such leadership in our homes, churches, and corporate world. Easier to teach but requires self-discipline to consistently demonstrate in living. Everyone is a leader with the power to influence people. And Jesus transformed enhanced values, created efficiencies, and engaged people to deliver better results. With the qualities of unconditional love, humility, foresight, trust, selflessness, empowerment, empathy, service, and so on.

In engaging with grass root level church leaders that lack formal education; we share our skills and knowledge which could then be replicated and multiplied as they pass on to their communities of service. We go into their context in non-formal settings to personally build their capabilities for higher outputs. Thus in reaching them; we reach a larger audience through them.

"He made Himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness."(Philippians 2:7).
