SEMINARS

Bringing people in small groups into in-depth discussions and deliberations on local issues and grappling with the scriptures in trying to find possible solutions and ways of dealing are richly beneficial experiences. Frontline lay leaders frequently do not have the opportunity to pursue formal education or even higher levels of study. We create opportunities for church leaders and women's leaders to join on retreats for mutual sharing and learning experiences. To engage people as agents of change and action at the grassroots level, we must sensitize them to local needs, issues, and obstacles. Small groups are helpful for fruitful discussions, interactions, and accountability to recharge in broadening perspectives in mission praxis. It becomes a brand-new platform for learning about the current aspects of carrying out missions in various circumstances. It's a time to lend ears to other perspectives and ideas with the latest information to grow in the areas of beneficial services to communities. It helps in networking as a team in exchanging experiences to enhance and balance faith with actions.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1 NIV)

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. (James 2:26 NIV)
